Very disappointed in their lack of service and no care at all for customers. Absolutely a waste! Only worked for less than 3 months and malfunctioned. When I contacted the company they told me too bad as was outside of warranty and nothing they would do. I had already bought additional items and gels pads but they did not care about customer service at all. Very disappointed in their lack of service and no care at all for customers.
